This November, we’re getting behind Movember, the mo-growing, conversation-starting movement that gets people talking about men’s health.
At Stretch Club, we reckon moving your body, connecting with good humans and having a laugh while you do it is pretty much the secret sauce for feeling great… physically and mentally.
Stretching isn’t just about touching your toes (though that’s a nice perk). It’s about shaking off the stiffness from sitting like a pretzel at your desk, going hard at the gym or maybe couch-surfing sport for an hour or two longer than you should have.
It’s about getting your body moving well so you can keep doing the things you love.
So this month, we’re cheering the blokes on to come stretch it out with us… and raising a few dollars for a great cause while we’re at it.
What we’re doing:
💙 Men stretch free. Whether you’re new or returning, if you’re a bloke, your first class in November is on us. If you’re not a bloke, bring your Dad, your son, your boyfriend or your mate!
💙 Donation events. Every Friday in November, all class revenue will be donated to Movember. Yep, every single dollar from everyone (members, casuals, newcomers, any gender). Stretch Club will even throw in extra Friday classes if needed.
💙 Join us for Movember. When you start your Stretch Club membership this November, we’ll match your first month’s fee and donate the total to the Movember Foundation.
