Community Open Day at 4/10 Fink Street

Saturday 19 October, 8am to noon

Join our community of exercisers, stretchers and dancers (and really just gorgeous humans) for a morning of fun and activity, with free coffee cart and snacks, and some great prizes to be won on the day.

Come along and try something new:

  • Functional training workshops (35 - 60 yo)

    • learn the benefits of functional training and try kettlebells, sandbags and suspended fitness training

    • suitable for people new to fitness or returning to fitness who want to move better and get stronger

    • tailored for people aged between 45 - 65 interested in improving mobility and strength

  • Functional training workshops (60 yo + )

    • learn the importance of strength training as we get older, the benefits of functional training and try kettlebells, sandbags and suspended fitness training

    • suitable for people new to fitness or returning to fitness who want to move better and get stronger

    • tailored for people aged 65+ interested in improving mobility and strength

  • Stretch Club 30-minute mobility class

    • learn effective stretches you can incorporate into a daily stretching routine

    • suitable for those who feel tight and sore or lacking in mobility

  • Circuit class (45 mins)

    • join us for a high intensity class with 8 stations mixing cardio and strength

  • Belly dancing

    • watch a demonstration by Bluefire Bellydancers and then join in the workshop
