Community Open Day at 4/10 Fink Street

Join our community of exercisers, stretchers and dancers (and really just gorgeous humans) for a morning of fun and activity, with free coffee cart and snacks, and some great prizes to be won on the day.

Functional training workshops (35 - 60 yo)
learn the benefits of functional training and try kettlebells, sandbags and suspended fitness training
suitable for people new to fitness or returning to fitness who want to move better and get stronger
tailored for people aged between 45 - 65 interested in improving mobility and strength
Functional training workshops (60 yo + )
learn the importance of strength training as we get older, the benefits of functional training and try kettlebells, sandbags and suspended fitness training

Stretch Club 30-minute mobility class
learn effective stretches you can incorporate into a daily stretching routine
suitable for those who feel tight and sore or lacking in mobility
Circuit class (45 mins)
join us for a high intensity class with 8 stations mixing cardio and strength
Belly dancing
watch a demonstration by Bluefire Bellydancers and then join in the workshop
